Our Courses

Our courses are run by our coaches, who between them have decades of experience in mental health, transformational change, coaching and nursing.  We have a unique lens on how focusing on people fundamentally determines the success of any change, be that in life or work.

Our courses give an understanding of the psychology of change and importantly we explore the personal influences that may make us individually more resistant to change. We challenge individuals to really see themselves, and hold up the mirror.

We also focus on personal wellbeing and personal accountability. Everybody will come away with a personal wellbeing roadmap. For those without direct reports, we will spend time reflecting on their and their peers’ experiences. For leaders, we spend time talking about how their direct reports will experience change and what the cornerstones are for leading well. Each course will be tailored to your organisation and team, and we can flex what happens on the day as experiences and views manifest. So, although we have an outline model that we know works, being nimble to you and your employees’ needs will be forefront throughout the day.

Our coaching has a measurable, lasting impact—participants report significant increases in confidence, communication, and wellbeing, which we track through pre- and post-coaching self-assessments, feedback forms, and qualitative reflections.

ChangeWell is a one-day programme that looks at how change can feel, and how we might respond to it as individuals, focussing on what we can do to improve our own wellbeing and that of our colleagues when change is occurring. LeadWell is a leadership programme designed for real life, not the textbook version of leadership, but the kind where time is tight, change is constant, and people are at the heart of everything. It offers practical skills, space for reflection, and a supportive community to help leaders grow in confidence and clarity.

Grounded in real lived leadership experience, LeadWell is built and delivered by those who’ve led on the ground, through crisis, complexity, and change. The facilitators are coaches, nurses, mental health professionals, and change leaders who understand the emotional, relational, and practical realities of leadership because they’ve lived them. With board-level, operational, and executive experience spanning large-scale corporate organisations, NHS systems, and grassroots voluntary and non-profit sectors, the team brings a rare depth of insight into what leadership really demands.
